Aluminum gate and garage door painting

Driveway, pedestrian and sliding gates, and garage doors, refinished in place with motors and hardware protected.

A gate is the first thing guests see and the part of the property that gets touched the most. Wear shows on the latch side, the bottom rail and anywhere water sits.

We mask the motor, sensors, hinges and keypad, clean and sand the frame and infill, prime, and finish with multiple spray coats. The gate stays installed the whole time.

Garage doors get the same treatment: we mask the seals, glass, handles and opener hardware, then refinish the panels in place so the door matches the gate and the rest of the frontage.

What we cover

Process

How the finish is made

On site, without removal.

  1. Inspect

We assess the existing coating and note oxidation, chalking and peeling.

  2. Clean & sand

Dirt, salt and loose paint come off. Rough areas are sanded smooth.

  3. Mask & prime

Glass, stone and surrounding surfaces are masked. A bonding primer made for metal goes on first.

  4. Finish coats

Multiple spray-applied coats build an even, uniform finish.

  5. Walkthrough

We clean up completely and review the work with you before we leave.
